2024-2025 Grades offered: Kindergarten-8th grade

Please bring a copy of each of the following documents for each student to principal:

     - Consent to Treat Form

     - Up-to-Date Immunization Record or waiver

     - Media Release Form

     - Copy of a permission slip from the doctor for any prescribed medications

     - Show student's Birth Certificate

 

 

• All students must be toilet-trained

• Kindergarten students must show emotional, physical, and social development readiness

 

Tuition

 

New Students

You must also meet with the School Treasurer Mary Mohl (springfieldschooltreasurer@gmail.com) and form a plan for payment.

Returning Students

You must have any previous year's bills payed and a new plan must be completed with the school treasurer: Mary Mohl (springfieldschooltreasurer@gmail.com)
